The collaboration with Stellenbosch university in a study to increase the shelf life of tilapia (an important protein source in Sub- Saharan African countries) has shown that our interventions are able to double the shelf life of the tilapia (from 7 to 14 days).
As you can imagine – this has massive implications for Africa.
