One of these scenarios is the conveyor belt. As much as a disinfection program is put into place, if a piece of contaminated food lands on a conveyor belt, unless it is disinfected virtually immediately, the next piece of food landing on that spot will pick up contamination – and carry it through the rest of the production process.

Trials on our latest offering have shown that the total bacterial count tested on a  conveyor belt on consecutive rotations had less than 10 bacteria on each rotation – whereas the control showed counts in the thousands for each rotation!
