These are quite audacious claims!  It is easy to say that our products work, but do they actually do what we claim they can?

Let’s take one of our products as an example – Savacin. Savacin is a product designed to stop mold in its tracks. In the cheese making industry, contamination by unwanted molds can cause chaos in a production facility. Try and sell a block of cheese covered in black mold and see how far you get!

So here is how it works -a minimal amount of Savacin added after fermentation will keep your cheese mold free. It is just as effective as a spray or dip just before packaging. It has no effect on the taste or texture, is 100% natural and extends the shelf life of the cheese by keeping those molds away. Yup – pretty audacious claims.

But what if there were scientific studies to back up our claims? And what if we had photographs of those studies?

The attached picture is exactly that – two pieces of cheese – one a control and one that was dipped in Savacin. The same batch, the same product – one with mold and one without. The control does not just have a splattering of mold – it is covered in mold. And the one dipped in Savacin? Nothing! No mold at all! A photo does not lie.
